3. Payment and Refunds

Payment is required at the time of booking or purchase. Refund policies for sessions, workshops, products, and digital content will be outlined at the point of sale. Certain services may be non-refundable once delivered, especially for digital products and personalized sessions. There is no refunds given for sessions, workshops, digital content, Products may be given a refund due to the case by case.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made after this period may be non-refundable or subject to a rescheduling fee. Awaken Pathways LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services in case of unforeseen circumstances, with full refunds or rescheduling options provided due to situations.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services and content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Awaken Pathways LLC does not guarantee specific results from the use of its services or products. While we strive for accuracy and integrity, we make no warranties regarding the reliability, availability, or completeness of our offerings.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Awaken Pathways LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

7. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

Our services, including energy healing, coaching, and intuitive guidance, are not substitutes for medical or psychological advice. Clients should consult qualified healthcare providers for medical concerns. Awaken Pathways LLC does not diagnose, treat, or cure physical or mental health conditions.

8. Confidentiality

We value your privacy. Any personal information shared during sessions or transactions will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, confidentiality may be breached if required by law or if there is a risk of harm to you or others.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in behavior that is harmful, abusive, harassing, or disruptive to Awaken Pathways LLC or other clients. We reserve the right to terminate access to our Services for violations of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
